A Commis Chef is required for a permanent contract working at a hotel not far from Birmingham Airport. My client is looking for a Commis Chef who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.
You will be working 40 -45 hours a week all of which are straight shifts. There is hardly any Conference and Banqueting at this hotel which for some chefs is a blessing. There are also no Christmas functions or party nights. The Head Chef mentioned that to be honest its an easy and fun role – it will be busy but in a controlled and organised way.
The Head Chef is extremely fair with his staff – when you go on any annual holidays the Head Chef will make sure you have the last days before you go away off and the first 2 off when you get back.
To add to this you will be working for a worldwide name where after 12 months of service will entail you to a transfer world wide which includes USA, Australia and Europe.
This role is no problem to get to via train and extremely accessible.
