My client is looking for a Commis Chef who has a good background in high volume whether it be in hotels or restaurants. Due to the location a driver would be best suited.

The Exec Chef of this property is looking for a Commis Chef to join the brigade with the NEW FORMAT of 4 days on 3 days off. This is written into your contract its not a lie. The Exec Chef is aware that his chefs need a work life balance and it is happening.
Loads of support we are talking a professional brigade consisting of an Executive Head Chef, 2 Head Chefs, 2 Sous Chefs and 2 Junior Sous Chefs.
This role is ideal for candidates who live in Birmingham, Coventry, Tamworth, Lichfield and Nuneaton
