We are looking for the following traits in applicants:
- Longevity in your previous roles
- The ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
- At least one year as a Chef de Partie
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following:
- Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
- Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Experience managing a variety of sections is vital
Salary offered is £20,000 per annum with fantastic holiday allocation.
