Being a Chef Recruiter is both highly demanding and highly rewarding, requiring diverse skillsets and personal attributes. As such, at Jubilee Recruitment we are looking for an experienced chef that has seen achievements with their career as well as senior kitchen management experience minimum Sous Chef level. The key is that you have the drive and aptitude to succeed in recruitment and deliver against the high standards all our stakeholders expect.
- Sourcing & interviewing candidates and guiding them through the whole recruitment process.
- Satisfying clients’ needs by promptly supplying chefs into shifts that need to be filled.
- Building relationships and effective networks with clients and candidates.
- Working to Key Performance Indicators and achieving recruitment targets.
