The Chef Manager role will need the following proven experience and attributes: –
- Minimum 8 years kitchen experience.
- Very friendly and open.
- Health and food safety aware.
- Diverse in their creativity
- Experience in food margins, stock taking and costings.
- Experience dealing with suppliers and ordering.
- Ability to teach and progress, junior team members.
