As this is a very client facing role, the desired Chef Manager will need to be personable, passionate, creative and very food safety conscientious.

The Chef Manager role will need the following proven experience and attributes: –

  • Minimum 8 years kitchen experience.
  • Very friendly and open.
  • Health and food safety aware.
  • Diverse in their creativity
  • Experience in food margins, stock taking and costings.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers and ordering.
  • Ability to teach and progress, junior team members.
