My client, a respected contract caterer is looking for a Chef Manager for their busy fresh food site in Stoke. The contract is a 24-hour operation but there is a full team in place, and as chef manager you will predominantly be required to manage the key hours which are Monday to Friday at 7:30am till 4pm. The contract is a key client for the company, so this is an important role for my client.
The contract caterer has built their reputation on fresh food and a high standard offering so it is important the chef manager can show history of working to this level. They will be comfortable managing their team alongside managing the client on a day to day basis.
