My client is recruiting for a passionate, friendly and experienced Chef Manager to manage one of their sites in Lichfield, they are a contract catering company that provide a fresh food service for a staff restaurant; serving fresh food to a high standard
The successful Chef Manager will demonstrate excellent craft skills, be flexible in their approach and able to work on their own initiative and in a team, good management skills are essential. This is an exciting role where the focus is on food based on high street trends, street food and worldwide based full of fragrance and flavor. Dishes that can served in various ways such as deconstructed to suit all customers taste.
Ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and must be organised and flexible with a passion to try new ideas. Ideally the right candidate will be from a B&I contract catering background with a strong grasp on the finances. My client is offering £25000 per annum for 40 hours a week Monday – Friday.
