My Client is actively looking for a chef manager for their exciting new opening. The restaurant is at a new assisted living complex and will see you producing food for brerakfast lunch and afternoon tea. You will be serving around 40 people a day with restaurant standard food but with the menus aimed at the elderly.
The chef manager will be working for one of the countries largest contract caterers so there will be support from an area team. Being part of a large group will offer an ambitious Chef manager plenty of opportunity to progress their career.
The chef will manage a small team, be confident managing costs and stock. They will be excellent at all due diligence and be used to working in a check on service.
