Jubilee are looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Rang for their client’s luxury hotel and spa with an outstanding 10 acres of land in Leamington Spa. This site is an award-winning venue established as one of the finest luxury country house hotels and restaurants in Warwickshire, also proud to have three AA Rosettes for their Main House Dining Room and two AA Rosettes for their Brasserie restaurant.

The Chef de Rang will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high quality customer care and a satisfactory experience each time by exceeding our guest expectations, to ensure orders are taken promptly and delivered in an efficient timely manner. Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way and have full knowledge of all menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.

To work in this incredible establishment the successful candidate will have a strong team work ethic, demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated. Show experience in a similar position and have an enthusiastic and positive personality with impeccable presentation skills.
