Chef de Partie/Pastry-Luxury Brasserie Restaurant-Rosettes

A Chef de Partie who has experience in pastry is required for an award winning Brasserie near Leamington/Stratford upon Avon. Working in a team of 7 chefs you will be the final link. All the food is locally sourced and fresh and the Head Chef will ask for input into the seasonal menus.

The Head Chef is a big believer in seeing where the produce comes from so expect sites visits to local farms and butchers and also trips down to Cornwall to see where the hand caught scallops come from. If this is the sort of place you want to work then apply.

This brasserie has a number of awards so working here not only will you continue to learn and develop but will loo impressive on your CV. There is potential in the future to become a full time pastry chef aa well.

The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for the next step.

This role is extremely close to Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Kenilworth.

Salary: £20,500 – £22,500
