Working under an outstanding Head Chef this Role would suit a strong michelin or rosette background chef who is now looking to get a better work life balance whilst still producing high end cuisine,

As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Extensive knowledge of seasonal and fresh food.
  • Experienced within at least a 2 Rosette kitchen
  • Minimum 2 years as a Chef de Partie and longevity in roles
  • Demonstrate a real love and passion for creating food at the highest level with a desire to learn.
  • A strong work ethic and great attitude
  • Understanding and practice of food safety
