Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Develop creative recipes and menu items reflecting current culinary trends.
- Manage inventory and collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
