Work with fresh produce smoking your own meats in the smokehouse, making fresh Gelato for the café, smokehouse, and hotel kitchen as well as picking your own fruit and veg from the garden.
This role allows freedom to grow as a chef and the support of the directors to allow the business to grow.
This is a great place to learn with multiple venues onsite that you will be split between allowing you to learn a range of skills and grow as a chef working under a very good supportive head chef.
