A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working at a high end wedding barn. This is not a hotel, restaurant, bar or gastro pub – this is a high end converted barn that is used for weddings and weddings only.
10 months out of the year you will be working quite a flexible relaxed rota (see below) where basically if there is a wedding you will work the day before for 4 hours, if there is no wedding you get the day off. When the wedding season kicks in which here is middle of June to the end of August you will be working a few more hours (10 hour day) and still get your 2 days off BUT out of wedding season the hours are extremely appealing.

Wednesday – Off
Thursday – Off
Friday – 4 Hours Prep
Saturday – Wedding
Sunday – Off
Roles like this don’t come up a lot so take advantage of this.
This role is extremely close to Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Kenilworth.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Junior Sous duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
