Chef de Partie is required to complete the team at this fast paced hotel, brasserie and fine dining restaurant, serving seasonal, award winning cuisine.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a passion for food looking to progress their career with an excellent Head Chef.

As Chef de Partie you will need previous experience of working with all fresh ingredients ideally in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub. You will be working as part of a team assisting with a variety of daily tasks, which will include organising a section and cooking through service.

Live in / staff accommodation is available if required

Benefits:
Base Salary of £22,000 – £24,000
