This restaurant located close to Redditch is not necessarily chasing Rosettes or Michelin but the fresh, seasonal produce with the concept of “Farm to Mouth” is the norm.
Asa Chef de Partie you will be butchering down all sorts of produce from Venison to Lamb – everything arrives whole and has its own butchery and meat aging facilities.
This concept restaurant is hugely successful within its first 3 months of opening and looking for a Chef de Partie to join the bigrade.
The Exec Chef said that if a Chef de Partie walks into this kitchen he or she will want the job. FACT.
