A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established high end restaurant in the Birmingham area. This restaurant is simply amazing. You will be dealing with a maximum of 25 covers – the focus is the food and the food only. You will be working with locally sourced food, you will be working with produce grown on site, attention to detail is massive hear. You will be presenting food and putting dishes together with tweezers!
This role is a good opportunity for someone looking to get into a Rosette property as all the Head Chef is looking for is someone with a good attitude and a passion for what they do.
The Head Chef has built a happy team here and is looking to expand the brigade.
The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for the next step.
