Jubilee is looking for Chef de Parties who are looking to grab the chance at working in Australia as a Chef de Partie. If you thought there was a lack of Chef de Partie’s in UK – Australia is the same. We are looking for Chef de Parties in the mina kitchen and also Pastry Chef de Parties.

Jubilee will assist in all aspects of the application for the role including Work Permits/Visa’s etc and of course the recruitment process. The client in Australia is ideally looking for Chefs with Rosette and Michelin experience but as long as you have worked in fresh food that will be suitable.

There will be fee’s involved with this but the opportunity to work in Sydney out ways the cost involved.

There is a whole host of different roles from contract catering to fine dining.

You will be responsible to assist with the of production menus, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction whilst providing a safe, efficient, professional and profitable operation to our clients.

For the Pastry Chef de Partie you will prepare and deliver high quality deserts and pastry items within the Fine Dining/Corporate kitchen. Undertake a varied list of pastry food preparation, correctly following standard recipe cards on a daily basis whilst providing a safe, efficient, professional and profitable operation to our clients.

Highlights of this role are:

Salary:   Chef de Partie $50,000 – $55,000

                Pastry Chef de Partie $50,000 – $55,000
