An independent beautiful boarding school is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their team.
The Role:
• To assist Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food ensuring that highest standards are maintained at all times.
• To ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required.
• To be responsible for the production of food within your designated section.
• To ensure that portion control is maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have a relevant experience working with fresh ingredients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Posses the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisation skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude.
