A Chef de Partie is required to join a high end catering company which specialises in weddings and special events.
This is a great time to be joining this new company as their reputation is growing fast and they are quickly becoming the most sought after special events venues in the West Midlands.
Lead by a Michelin starred background Executive Head Chef you are guaranteed to be working with only the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients & delivering the highest standard in culinary excellence.
Due to the nature of the operation, it allows for great working hours as most of the week will be prep work for the event and then just smooth operation on the weekend with often having Sundays off.
What the client is after is an ambitious Chef de Partie who is interested in being part of a growing venture, you will be ambitious in nature and passionate for working with fresh food at an award winning level.
If you have 2 years experience and come from a fine dining or luxury Hotel background you are already one step ahead!
This role is ideal for candidates who live in locations near to Leicester, Coventry, Loughborough.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Passion for food – someone who enjoys the process of food preparation and operations.
– Strong team work ethic
– Ability to pay attention to the details
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production.
– Give appropriate support and guidance to the commis chefs
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with your own outstanding ideas
