A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working at a stunning restaurant near Birmingham. My client is looking for a strong Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.
You will work a 40 hour week and get paid £19,000 a year PLUS if you work over the 40 hours you get paid for this – its in your contract as well.
Also this hotel is closed over Christmas.
This role is ideal for a chef who just likes to focus on restaurant service and restaurant service only. To add to this they offer straight shifts which is quite rare in the restaurant business. The Head Chef is quite renowned here in taking on a Commis Chef and giving them there first Chef de Partie role!
