A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working in one of Derby’s best Hotels.
The hotel boasts a very popular destination restaurant and 17 meeting rooms, you will be joining a brigade of 13 Chefs who run a tight ship and due to the popularity of the hotel restaurant they are looking to add a passionate Chef de Partie to support the brigade.
This is a great role for an aspiring CDP as you will join a large team with plenty of room for progression, you will work both in the banqueting and the ala carte restaurant.
The contract is 45hrs and you will work straight shifts over 5 days out of 7.
This role is ideal for candidates who live near Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Stoke on trent. There are transport links that operate from these cities however if you are driving there is free parking on site.
