We are looking for flexible skilled chef de Partie/ Sous Chef of all levels, for a Gastro Pubs, Restaurants and Pubs. Strong branded background needed to fulfil our clients’ needs.

 

As Chef de Partie / Sous Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Experience in a busy gastro pub.
  • Proven knife skills.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, food preparation and handling.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Allergen Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Driving licence and own transport are ideal, but not essential.

The Chef de Partie / Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of a kitchen section or in some cases the kitchen.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

In return for your Chef de Partie /Sous Chef  Skills and experience, the client is offering an hourly pay rate between £9.00 and £11.00. This is an excellent opportunity to test your skills and experience in Gastro Pub, Restaurant and bar, and maximising your earning potential by working additional hours.
