I’m working with a beautiful country house hotel just outside Bath, known for its garden-to-plate ethos and award-winning dining. They’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s passionate about seasonality, creativity, and developing others.
What’s on Offer:
- £31,294 OTE (includes tronc at approx. £15.01/hr)
- Live-in available for just £400/month
- Paid overtime on top of contracted 40 hours (5 days)

The Role:
- Run your own section and lead junior chefs
- Deliver creative menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Engage with local suppliers and in-house garden team
- Play an active role in mentoring apprentices and new team members
- Support wider kitchen team during busy service
About You:
- Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
- Confident running a section and supporting junior staff
- Naturally creative and always thinking seasonally
- Positive, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about food
