I’m working with a beautiful country house hotel just outside Bath, known for its garden-to-plate ethos and award-winning dining. They’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s passionate about seasonality, creativity, and developing others.

What’s on Offer:

  • £31,294 OTE (includes tronc at approx. £15.01/hr)

The Role:

  • Run your own section and lead junior chefs
  • Deliver creative menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Engage with local suppliers and in-house garden team
  • Play an active role in mentoring apprentices and new team members
  • Support wider kitchen team during busy service

About You:

  • Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
  • Confident running a section and supporting junior staff
  • Naturally creative and always thinking seasonally
  • Positive, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about food
