A Chef de Partie (Snr) is required for a high end fresh gastro pub near Redditch working within a small kitchen brigade. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who has character.
The shift patter is 2 or 3 splits followed by 1 early and 1 late! You will get paid a base salary of £21,000 – £23,000 and you will walk out each week with around £150 cash tips AND at the end of the month. Once you are in with the company they will not let you go – backed heavily they are not afraid to invest – this place is the place to be – cleverly located.
The Head Chef will give you your 2 days off as well as an early shift so you get an extra night off – 3 in total!
