The Role is £23,300, plus overtime and bonus. Working on the sauce section.

With a superb Lunch and dinner Menu with a Carvery option. This would be a great place for an experienced Chef de Partie, to continue developing themselves as a chef.

Must Be Experienced in the following:

  • Preparation and cooking of food
  • Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
  • Attend relevant training sessions as required
  • Basic food preparation and hygiene certificate
  • Working knowledge of commercial kitchens and equipment
  • Able to communicate at all levels
