A Chef de Partie is required for a fresh gastro pub in near Cannock working within a small kitchen brigade. This is one of the best establishments in the area serving all fresh food from bread to desserts. The Head Chef has been there 5 years and his Sous Chef 4 years with a Pastry Chef 4 years. The reason the team are strong here is due to the great atmosphere, shift pattern and pay.

You will be working a 45 hours week which is good for a restaurant – you will be working 3 split shifts, 1 early and 1 late – so you will be getting 2 and a half days off at least.

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who has some experience on pastry so when the pastry chef is off you can cover – some training will be of course on hand.

The salary for this role is £20,000 which for a Chef de Partie is decent and of course being a busy restaurant you will get a further amount of tips.

There is also live in available on site which is again at a decent standard.
