A Chef de Partie is required relaxed fine dining restaurant in Birmingham relaxed paying £22,000 – £25,000 plus tips. The concept is simple amazing food and service and comfy surroundings nice.

 

The Head Chef of this restaurant in Birmingham is looking for a Chef de Partie that has a background in Rosettes, if you don’t have Rosette experience then you need to have an unreal attitude, passion for food and a hunger to want to learn and develop.

 

As a Chef de Partie in this restaurant you will be working with a la carte and tasting menus.

The shift pattern here is great – closed Sunday and Mondayno lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday so they are straights shifts starting 1pm followed by splits Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

 

You will also have set holidays as well including being closed for Christmas/Easter/Summer so you can plan well ahead.

 

Although this is a Chef de Partie role – if you are a strong Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie please apply.
