ef de Partie required for a permanent contract working within an exclusive Private Members Club in Central London.
My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background with fresh food, preferably fine dining and wants to progress in a friendly and young environment.
Experience working in Branded Brasserie, Club or Fine Dining Environment is a Must.
Also must be competent running the Sauce and Grill sections.
You will be working around 50 hours a week and paid for every hour you work!
