A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near South Birmingham. You will be working with an outstanding Head Chef, whose focus is all about fresh and seasonal food.

This is a brand new restaurant with all the latest equipment and an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef’s first Chef de Partie role. You will be serving high quality fresh, local & seasonal food with a reputation that is being talked about already!

This is a great opportunity for an up and coming chef to help develop their career by working in such an exciting new restaurant.

The role itself is just in the South of Birmingham but you can get to it on a train.

Here are the highlights:

£16,000 – £18,000 depending on experience

Excellent tips in the region of £4,000 – £5,000
