What we’re looking for: 

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef 

• DBS is preferred, but not necessary!  

• Skilled in preparing fresh, high-quality food in volume 

• A positive, professional attitude 

• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused 

• Driving is preferred, but not essential 

Key Skills  

• Menu planning & food preparation 

• Allergen awareness and dietary requirements 

• Team leadership and kitchen management 

• Stock control and ordering 

• Food hygiene & health & safety (We can Refresh it) 

• Experience in schools, care homes, hospitals, or similar settings (preferred, not necessary
