A Chef De Partie is sought to join a Country Pub in an idyllic part of the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with fresh produce, a commitment to culinary excellence and the ability to support the Team in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Pizza making experience is a bonus but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing dishes per menu spec
- Deliver daily prep requirements.
- Ensuring your section is ready.
- Learning about products/production
- Health and safety
