The “bread and butter” is MONDAY TO FRIDAY but there will be some weekends and evenings, so flexibility is important. The salary for a Chef de Partie depends on the experience and capacity of the venue, it starts from £21,000 per year up to £24,000 per year.
The right candidate must:
* have experience within EVENTS
* have a ” get up and go ” attitude
* be able to work in a fast – paced environment
* be interested in a career in EVENTS
