An Independent Contract-Catering Company close to Birmingham specialising in nursery and school meals is looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie offering Monday-Friday on an hourly rate of £9-£10ph.
- This Chef de Partie role is mostly Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday nights due to any private functions around Birmingham.
- You will be starting at 6am and finishing around 2pm each Monday-Friday
- Every hour you will be paid for at a rate of £9-£10ph and of course any hours over you will get paid for.
- This operation is closed over Christmas.
- As a Chef de Partie you will be working in an organised Birmingham based Contract-Catering Company and professional kitchen cooking fresh food from scratch.
- 90% of the role is large prep so expect to slice 1000 chicken breasts one day, cook 2,000 jacket potatoes, 10000 sausages etc.
- Due to the nature of this business you must have a driving license and live near Birmingham- own transport for this Chef de Patie role is not essential as the Contract-Catering Company supply a company car.
- Ideal for a Chef de Partie looking for a work life balance due to the predominant Monday-Friday rota.
