Chef de Partie – Michelin – Rosette
Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract at a 1 Michelin Star/3 Rosette property in Birmingham and paying £20,000 – £21,000 for this Chef de Partie role. This Michelin and multi Rosette client differs from the rest hence the salary – but its for a reason.
There are no set sections in this kitchen – you will move around the kitchen consistently every 3 – 6 months – including pastry. The Head Chef insists on this so you develop.
You will be exposed to Taster Menus and a A’la Carte – NO LUNCH MENU. The food is what you can imagine a 1 Michelin/3 Rosette property would be.
What is a definite is the training and progression – working here you will develop 100%.
A Chef de Partie who has worked in Michelin prior would be great but Chef de Parties who have a Rosette background and also a stable background will be accepted.
