Chef de Partie – Michelin- Save/Make More Money – London Wage

A Michelin Star fine dining restaurant property is looking for a Chef de Partie in the Birmingham area of The Mildands. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie or perhaps a Junior Sous who is already in a Michelin/Rosettes to join his award winning team.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS BIRMINGHAM – West Midlands – so it does require relocation – they will help you with the relocation. Cost of living is cheaper than in London so if you want to save on rent and actually have more money at the end of the month then this would be a good option. Maybe you are a Midlands based Chef who has gone to London and wants to come back then this could be an option.

Michelin experience would be advantageous or high Rosettes. If you do have Michelin or 3aa Rosette experience then there is no salary cap – in short, they will pay you want you require.

You will also be working in a kitchen that does a number of collaboration nights with other household names Michelin Chefs.

Highlights of this role are:

Salary: £20,000 – £26,000

£4,000 tips a year
