We are looking for an experienced Jr Sous to join an exciting kitchen in heart of Manchester. The team here thrive on delivering a menu built on flavour, precision, and creativity and are looking for a Jr Sous that shares this drive and passion.
As the Jr Sous you will support the senior chefs in running daily service by maintaining the highest standards across prep and execution. You’ll take ownership of your section, lead by example, and help mentor junior team members. Collaboration and consistency are key — this is a kitchen built on respect and rhythm.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a quality-led kitchen.
- A genuine passion for modern British and European cooking.
