A Senior Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the centre of Birmingham. My client is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume.

This restaurant is one of Birmingham’s finest where all the food is made from scratch, all local and top quality. You will be working under an Executive Head Chef as well as a Head Chef. This place has it all going on – Tasting Menu’s, Themed Evenings, Private Dining Facilities and a Chefs Table.

This is the place to be if you wanted to be exposed to a high end establishment. Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre it is easy to get to.

This is a fun and organised place to work – The Exec will reward you for your hard efforts and what’s great about this place is that it is closed at Christmas – that doesn’t sound that appealing in July but can you imagine being a chef and having Christmas day off?????

The Head Chef is expand his team due business levels increasing and looking for a Chef de Partie to start immediately.

£20,000 – £23,000 depending on experience

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
