Check out this role for a really exciting, fun and fresh hotel in the Worcester area. A Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie is required for a hotel in the near Worcester. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who has character, enthusiasm and drive.

On Wednesday morning you will go with the Head Chef down to the local fish/meat market to choose the food for the weekend menu.

The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for the next step.

Highlights of the Role:

Salary £17,500 – £21,000                                       

Straight Shifts and Splits

45 hours a week

2AA Rosettes standard food

Great live in accommodation – own room etc

This role is perfect for any Chef de Partie who live Kidderminster, Worcester, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Redditch or even Birmingham. REMEMBER if you live far away then there is live in!

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
