Chef de Partie – Luxury Gastro – 45 Hours a Week   West Midlands

A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Kidderminster. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume.

This restaurant is one of finest where all the food is made from scratch, all local and top quality. You will be working under a Head Chef who was Senior Sous at Michael Caines Gidleigh Park. This place has it all going on.

This is the place to be if you wanted to be exposed to a high end establishment. The Head Chef is expand his team due business levels increasing and looking for a Chef de Partie to start immediately.

You will be working around 9 hours a day which is pretty decent for a luxury gastro pub. Being renow3ed for good food and service you will be getting around £50 – £75 a week in cash tips.

Here are the highlights:

£18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
