We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food and service.
As a chef in this small team, you’ll support the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Lead and support the team in preparation, cooking, and service
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Help with menu development, stock control, and ordering
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Step in for the Head Chef during absence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a chef
- Confident running a busy kitchen section and leading by example
- A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at time management
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality food
A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
