We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join a prestigious 4-star hotel and spa located in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that meet the exacting standards of the hotel’s guests.
Our client is looking for someone with extensive experience in Asian cuisine to join their team. You should be passionate about creating delicious and innovative dishes using authentic Asian ingredients and techniques. In addition, you must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards

Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively and accurately

Manage and train junior staff members

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and recipes

Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies

Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Extensive experience in Asian cuisine

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene guidelines

Eligibility to work in the UK
