To qualify as a Chef de Partie or above for Jubilee you will need to be:-
- Experienced in quality establishments
- Passionate about food and flavour
- Understanding of Health and food safety within day to day operations
- Understanding of Allergens in modern society
- Hard-working with a good attitude and work ethic
