Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Evening Chef de Partie to join their team in this busy kitchen located in Central London. 

As the Evening Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for working as part of the team to ensure all food for the evening service is prepped and delivered to a high standard 

 

What we are looking for: 

• A passionate and driven Chef de Partie with a stable work history 

• Comfortable working a late/evening shift 

• A genuine passion for food and hospitality 

• Ability to run a section and deliver high standards consistently 

• Excellent communication and organisational skills 

• Attention to detail 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure 

• Keenness to learn and develop 

 

Working hours are 5/7, 11:30 – 20:00
