Are you an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to refine your skills in a luxury kitchen? We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a prestigious 5-star hotel, home to an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant.

Responsibilities of Chef de partie

• Take ownership of your designated kitchen section, ensuring it operates efficiently throughout service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to the high standards expected of a 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
• Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to produce exceptional quality food.
• Ensure all food is prepared consistently and presented to the highest standard.
• Monitor stock levels within your section and minimise food waste.
• Follow all food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie within a quality hotel or Rosette-standard restaurant.
• A genuine passion for high-quality food and fresh seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing beautifully presented dishes.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• A desire to learn, develop and progress within a luxury hospitality environment.
