Chef de Partie, Central London – £35,000 | Monday – Friday 06:30 – 15:00

 

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a busy contract catering kitchen in Central London.

This dynamic modern site delivers a busy breakfast and lunch service, alongside varied and extensive hospitality and events.

 

What you’ll be doing:

As the Chef de Partie, you will be

• Managing the breakfast and supporting with lunch preparation
• Working as part of a team
• Supporting with stock take
• Ensuring food and service is of a high standard
• Helping to lead and support junior members of the team

 

 

What we’re looking for:

• A passionate and driven Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie with a stable employment history
• Previous experience within B&I, contract catering or similar environment
• A genuine love for food and hospitality
• Proven ability to run a section independently and consistently deliver high-quality dishes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen
• A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop

 

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 15:00
