We are always recruiting for skilled chef de partie’s and above, January through to December – our business never stops. By your hard work and commitment to jubilee we offer “in-house” training and support, hourly pay, pension scheme, straight shifts and much much more.

 

As a Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

 

  • Professional Chef Experience.
  • Food Hygiene Lv2 and Food Allergens – We can assist in arranging this training for you.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Own transport is preferred, due to the various assignments available however this is not essential.

 

You will be responsible for and be involved in the following: –

 

  • Carrying out Chef de partie duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Be confident working in high volume and demanding environments.
  • Following menu specification.
  • Maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring you follow all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines.
