A Chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working within a 4 star Hotel near Burton upon Trent. You will be joining an international and established Hotel Company which is has a great reputation for taking care of their staff and supporting them to develop in their careers.
The Hotel has a destination restaurant serving everything from breakfast, afternoon tea to dinner all offering seasonal and quality food. The hotel is also known to be a popular venue for conferences and events and don’t be surprised if you meet a celebrity or two while working here.
This role is ideal for chefs who live near Tamworth, Derby, Loughborough and Burton upon Trent. The Hotel will help with relocation if it is required.

Straight shifts
40 Hours contract
Live in available to help with relocation.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a Hotel but the Head Chef will accept to see Chefs who have worked in high volume restaurants.
– Chefs who want a career in the industry and have shown prior longevity in their experience as you will undergo intensive training.
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner. So being confident in managing your own section and training / guiding commis chefs where relevant.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
