A plush hotel in Worcester is looking for a Chef de Partie ideally with a hotel background offering a salary of £19,000 – £22,000 for 40 hours. This hotel has had some investment last year and has a further £800k for this year.
This hotel is easily accessible with public transport so if you live in Worcester or in the surroundings of Worcester this could be the Chef de Partie role for you.
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a team of 7 in the brigade including an all-important Breakfast Chef.
Covers in the restaurant are upto 80 and around 150 for a sit-down wedding – nice numbers for a Chef de Partie.
As Chef de Partie you will be working a mixture of early and lates – when on a late you will finish the latest 10pm. With this as a Chef de Partie you may do the odd Breakfast Shift which means an extra night off.
